Designed to protect his own reputation first and foremost, so if we go down the budget can be blamed. Secondly, probably designed to lower expectations which is perhaps a good thing for bfc. I think he is doing a decent job in difficult circumstances. I think the majority of bfc fans agree. Ive said it before and will say it again, he is naive if he thinks he can take the fans on and win. He won't win that battle. I haven't heard the interviews but some people are suggesting he is alleging too much negativity from fans. I think that allegation from Keith is without foundation. I can't remember a more popular manager since Wilson. It would be a shame if Keith chooses to take the fans on because I believe he will turn out to be an excellent manager for us. I had hoped he'd learnt from last season, bu perhaps not. Keith, you need the fans onside pal.
He's too far up his own backside to realise he needs the fans on his side and will have a hell of a job to survive without them.
The most popular manager since Wilson? God alone knows why. We've had other far more likable managers and managers who have done far better on a restricted budget such as Robins, Ritchie and Thordarsson.
Can't think of any other managers we've sung the name of after three have lost way more than half their games
yes, seemed to me all his comments were aimed at the Media. anyone who thinks it was a dig at the fans is suffering from classic Yorkshire umbridge taking and need to chill.
i think Hill is the best man for the job, what I don't agree with him, is how he almost admits we're gonna get relegated. If the manager thinks that, then us fans are too, then he moans about negativaty
