Still on the side of backing him. But its gaining momentum like a political swing. I am getting hacked of with some of his selections which, whilst may not change the result, I could certainly keep backing him if he played the right ****ing players in their right ****ing positions....

    Starting with hassell

For everyone who wants to back Hill, how long do you think we should back him for, how much longer putting up with this display can you actually take, do you think we should wait till its too late ?

At the start of his tenure i did. i think he believed his own success and it was reflected sporadically in the team. When the rug was pulled last Jan with vaz te and drinkwater hill for me showed his inexperience at this higher level and couldn't prevent our alarming slide down the league. Since this time, barring 2 or 3 good performances we have been clueless in the oppositions half most matches and Hills downbeat, defeatist rants post losing must be dragging the players down too for me. I think there is enough talent in this team to escape the trap door but i fear keef has raised the white flag already and its not even xmas yet and the players are reacting badly to it. His team selections are baffling and so far don't work and he's never addressed the centre-half scenario that he banged on about last season. I know his budgets been crap but we should at least be hard to beat and have some fighting spirit. I think theres only been 3 or 4 games out of 60 odd under his reign where we have come back from behind to get summat, thats just not acceptable for me im afraid! Battling Barnsley?.....more like bottling Barnsley!!

Back him. Nobody else will do a better job without a pot to pi55 in. Keith is not the problem at BFC in my humble opinion.

Of course, potential managers will be queuing down to the Sandwich shop at the end of Grove Street for a crack at the job. I can't see an alternative at the moment. WHO will want the job? FFS, we were linked with Adie Boothroyd and he ended up at Northampton, which should say a lot.

As for how long? Xmas. If we do get shut/Hill resigns, or gets another job we need to give a new manager chance to use the transfer window and spend the 750k ish we get for Steele and Davies.

His team selection is just crazy. Five of our seven subs tonight should be in the starting 11 on saturday.

Never wanted him, never going to.

Got lucky with a couple of games then got found out. No ability to adjust. Inflexible. Arrogant. Picks his favourites.

    Back, but its getting harder.

I have backed Hill always from the start, but I cant do with all the negativity hes creating. both with interviews and the team selections.

I thought things would improve when we got some players back - bit still he plays Wiseman and silva never got of the bench today when he should have started instead of kelvin

thing is,its not just hill, theres feckin two of them that cant come up with any ideas....right double act....

couldnt believe what i was hearing comming back up the M1 when hill was airing his views...he'd have been better off stickin to his bbc one liner ''we got beat''.

confidence in our management is disappearing fast.

Ive got the nerve to admit sack him...

I dont rate him and dont think we are going anywhere but down with him this season. How long do the powers that be leave it till they realise this.
