Our Bobby Hassell song for a min none stop on Tuesday to try and make a point? Not saying he's the answer bit better than wiseman at any rate and should be played

I'll definitely join in. It would be good if we could get it chanted from all three sides and let Hill know that Bobby is in our thoughts even if he isn't in his.

    Not for me

I'd pick Bobby Hassell. At this moment in time I think he's our best defensive option at right back. But as supporters I think it's our role to support the players that are out on the pitch. It's not their fault Bobby isn't being picked, but it's them that need our encouragement. Sing the Bobby Hassell song from the first minute until the last when he's playing, but when he's not support the players that are out there.

I think this forum is a good place to air your grievances about squad selection. I don't think Oakwell, when there's a match on, is the right place to do it.

    Just my opinion.

I think everybody is getting a bit giddy over Bobby Hassell, he'll be making born again Christians out of all of you next. Not that there's owt wrong with that.

Chelsea showed their support for Di Matteo clapping on 16 minutes, 16 being squad number at Chelsea. Is Bobby still number 2? The late comers will think you are applauding them.

Wiseman is a decent right back but no cb. Played well when switched in sat.

But he was at fault for both goals. Way too much concentration on holding and pulling to give away free headers. Lucky at times to not give a pen away.

But Hill has to accept some blame as Foster our main defender was left out.

    Re: Not for me

Just posted something similar on Twitter. Folk getting too giddy.

I like Hassell, always have, but he's not exactly covered himself him glory when he's played this year.

Would be great to see the posts about him when he first signed to what they are now.

I'd rather we sang and made some noise like after 70 minutes Satdi.

Hasnt he? I remember him being the best player on the park when he wad sent off. He hasn't been given much of a chance either. Still a better defensive option than most in our squad.

    Re: Not for me

Agree with this, it's completely counterproductive and a ridiculous idea. What are the current defenders going to think when the fans are so obviously against them? And to sing it right at the start of the game when the defence haven't yet done anything wrong is just going to get their heads down and they aren't going to perform as well as they might.

Fans are supposed to support the team and our defence is far from the worst in the division.

It's not like Hill is going to take the slightest bit of notice anyway.

Hassell is too old and too slow. He won't take the club forward and has never been anything more than a good League One player.

We need a proven Championship CH bringing in none of this Sir Bobby crap.
