Correct - very fitting. I was responding to the name calling because someone suggested that the Cardiff fans might not have known about it.
Regardless of whether the Cardiff fans knew about it or not, his moronic post, an awful attempt at humour, was not needed in a thread about our fans saying goodbye to one of their own.
I may have completely misunderstood sheldor's post but all I saw in it was him asking how Cardiff fans would know why Barnsley fans were clapping halfway through the game and why they would spontaneously join in with the clapping when they had no idea what it was for. Didn't see it as an attempt at humour at all, just him asking why they'd join in and how they'd know anything about it. Of course you're right they will have the internet but does that automatically mean they should know about everything posted on the internet. Anyway regardless I don't think this is the right thread to be calling anyone a moron or arguing, we should all have more respect than that.
Excellent response from the crowd, good well deserved full page in the programme. Only thing missing was a 70th minute goal which we had 2 alright chances within that minute.
Had no idea what was going on... But joined in... thought at first it was to do with Jordan Mutch as it coincided with him coming on as sub... Thought what has he done for bfc?
I was counting it down, and when they put flag up for a sub I thought **** its going to look like we are applauding their player. Was great to see the respect shown, and equally the players started playing from that point on. I was hoping we would score during that minute, how special would that have been
