    Pork Talk were discussing this, and relating it to their club. But I think it relates better to us.
    "an employee who rises to his level of incompetence" is very apt.
    "a super competent employee is held back in a minimal role, as the heirachy are intimidated by him, and fear for their own role in the heirachy"

    What do you reckon? Because I read it, then related it to BFC, and thought of Wiseman/McNulty/Done, and Hassell.
