    Is there any actual reason Hassell can't get into the squad? Are there footballing reasons (other than Hill doesn't rate him) or does it go deeper?

    Anyone heard any rumours in the hairdressers, post office, job centre etc. . . Just curious.

    As far as I can see it is much more than football reasons because there is no way that Hill can say that he isn't good enough for our defence and expect to be taken seriously. The way Hill is treating Bobby is a disgrace.

    I'd heard from a reliable source that there was a massive fall out after hassell got sent off and keef told him that he will never play for this club while ever he was the manager so hassell decided to sit it out...the reliable source in question is me just making it all up.

    Hassell has had some good games and some bad games for BFC, looked at objectively he probably isn't the solution to our problems, but on current evidence he is clearly worth a start as either centre-half or right back. Assuming he's fit and turns up and makes an effort at training there is no logical reason for him not to be given a chance other than if there is something going on deeper than we are being told.
