    If he treated all the players the same then Bobby Hassell would have been given a chance in defence a long time ago, Lee Collins would not have been exiled, Scott Wiseman would be currently on loan at Frickley and McNulty would unfortunately be unemployed.

    I don't really see much difference in this particular instance. I'm slightly mystified as to why anyone would follow Bobby's Wife on Twitter if that we're not the case.

    Reuben is employed by the Club, they can discipline him. Bobby's wife is not, so unless the Club can find evidence that she was acting with full support and the knowledge of Bobby then they can hardly discipline him in the same way they did Reuben.
