    In summary:

    He can't promise we'll stop up. He does promise hard work from him and his players. Won't make promises he can't keep.
    We have a history of sacking managers when in this type of position.
    The decision to run break even is the right one.
    There is no miracle cure, not even sacking the manager.
    He hit his minimum targets last year.

    My view - he'll get sacked unless we have a mahoosive turn round. Rowing's laid the foundations last night it would appear to me. The budget hasn't reduced for Hill at all, he's doing it all wrong, the board are blameless blah de blah.

    We're in a massive transitional period, it will of course be catastrophic if we get relegated but now's the time to grow a pair BFC and truly back the manager. In words and deeds, not just money.
