Its been said that Hill had the same budget has Robins. Is that the budget Robins worked with or the budget Robins refused to work with.

The budget Robins worked with. And to be fair, it's not new news. Don has said this before, and I've banged on about it on here, but no one was listening. That's why I asked the question again last night.

    Couple of caveats to that:

The attendances have dropped since Robins was here. Keith's budget is only the same as Robins' because we sold Jacob Butterfield in the summer. Unless we sell another player this year for a similar amount, the budget for next season will drop even if we retain our championship status.

During Robins' time at the club Patrick Cryne funded the wages of Gary O'Connor. That is over and above Keith's budget.

Robins said he wouldn't be able to keep BFC in the division on the budget offered

I'm glad that the cokehead showed his gratitude on the pitch.

Did Mr Rowing address the issue that he said before we sold Butterfield that all KH had to do to maintain his budget was avoid relegation ?

Then we apparently need Butterfield's money to maintain the budget.

No failing in management at Board level at all there ?

Not quite right. I think he wanted us to push on and he felt investment was required to do that.

By the looks of things he was right.

I don't think they bargained on losing so many season ticket holders.

Failing at board level imho, the fall in ST revenue obviously massively influenced by last season, so people wouldn't commit so we make matchday pricing prohibitive, do nothing to encourage lapsed supporters and have to do an about turn on the General Manager's statement which has a direct bearing on Hills plans and the financial future of the club.

    sack manager, that'll sort it.

Thank you Dyson. It seems that BFC have decided to start leaking undermining bits out about Keef now too...

That's my interpretation reading between the lines.

Not sure how what said there has undermined Keith, though.
