I actually wasn't upset at all. I had grown to hate most of the players (except Bruce and a couple of others) too much to be upset. After the Norwich match I was just angry. Very very angry. Especially with Kevin Donovan and Richard Naylor.

Knew we'd get relegated when we lost 2.0 against Walsall that year.

I'm still angry with Richard Naylor.

Ditto. Was resigned to it from that game. Mike Flynn, Paul Gibbs. Proper desperation signings.

Are you angry with any of our current crop?

That's to both Jay & Merde, sorry.

    Wasn't it 2-1?

I remember us being 1-0 up and them down to 10 men and we still managed to lose. I think Don Goodman scored for them aswell after barely venturing into the opposition penalty area when playing for us.

    Not really no

Although I couldn't see the point of the loans and I think we'd do better without them.

I'm a little bit angry with Keith Hill, but I believe he's trying his best, unlike Richard Naylor.

    Re: Not really no

That's the key thing for me and why I can't get the monk on - I know they're all working their ballacks off. Players like Perkins and Dawson aren't great players but they're grafters. Even Mellis who gets stick works hard. They're just playing very good teams week in, week out and we're not that good for a variety of reasons.

And don't get me started on Daggers.

I accept all that and yet continue to believe that we could be more successful if we played a different way.

Yes I did from my seat in the Ponte end and we couldn't score against possibly the worst championship team I've ever seen at Oakwell. And your wrong Hill is constantly saying we can't compete and by saying that undermining everybodies confidence.

No, I'm not. Though obviously I haven't seen that much of us this season, and one match was the seemingly freak result at Birmingham. I am however quite puzzled and very dismayed that we haven't kicked on from that as I genuinely expected us to (rather naively). Whether that is Hill's fault I'm not entirely sure.

I am also still angry with Richard Naylor. And a little bit with Chris Lumsdon, just for him pissing his obvious talent so disastrously up the wall after the fans virtually cajoled Steve Parkin into signing him (allegedly).
