    I welcome the governments move to reduce the ridiculous
    90 consultation period. Just wish it would happen straight away

    I've just moved jobs and it is hard but there are jobs out there. It's frustrating and got me down but you do get there in the end.....try to enjoy Christmas and new year!

    Why have you lost out on one job? - If you are offered a job just take it and hand your notice in. They can't make you work 3 months until the consultancy period ends..

    However if you are going to be unemployed it will give you an extra 3 months before having to sign on.

    People who say there are no jobs always seem to be the ones that can never hold one down because they have no interest in working! Stick it out get your redundancy and enjoy a little bit of time off while you get another job.

    There are plenty of jobs at all levels trouble is people wont do them because its far to easy to sit at home claiming dole whining about it! It's that mentality that's ruining this country.
