I dont see a lynch mob of fans.I see a lot of disgruntled supporters.
And whatever Hill's plan is i personally cannot see it.People say he and Flitcroft are our greatest management team in many a year.Based on what. Some long term plan? Which is what exactly? Statistically he is our worst ever manager.

    Just my view.

Davey wasn't that bad stats-wise and threw in a trip to Wembley....

...don't get me wrong I wanted him out in the end but at least we won a few games and scored goals at home.

*****, but not as bad as Hill`s. Why? Does that make him a better manager than Robins.

I personally think most of Davey's success came in spite of him and it was down to the players in certain games. He used bizarre tactics, often fielding negative teams with players completely out of position. We had a decent squad at times, but there never appeared to be a plan. We muddled through winning the odd game, but never looked like having any direction. I'd argue under Hill there is more of an evident plan, more of a direction. It's just at the moment we are unable, or simply aren't getting the right balance. Whether thats due to lack of resources is open to debate. We'll never know, but I am very confident that if Hill could recruit on the same level as Davey, spending 350k here and there, with the odd big signing such as Hume type expenditure, we'd be fairing a lot better than we did back under Simon.

Trouble is that KH has lost his vision. This may be because he realises that it will not work in the Championship, but we were stronger with a group fighting for the cause. Even if they were not up to the task. For Gods sake get a centre half. Then the vision might still work.

The biggest issue for KH right now is that the team and his management team are proper panicking. I don't think we play awful in any game to be honest, but have some central weaknesses that he can't iron out, partly because he is frantically trying to conjure a win by tinkering anywhere and everywhere. I feel that one win some fromwhere might quickly become 2 or 3 and things may look different in a month. That's my hope anyway.
