Defence? We have conceded 21 goals away from but so have Cardiff (top of the league) We have conceded 14 at home Crystal Palace have also (3rd in the league)

Away results are on average with most of the league as with goals scored.

Home form and goals are the main reason we are struggling because we are easy to contain and predictable.

The majority of teams who do well, have a settled side. We seam to swap players like a pack of cards.

The teams who mostly do well, pick their team and go about the opposition, we worry about containing the opposition.

The teams who do well don't generally confuse the hell out of anyone with their tactics and mostly play their players to their strengths, we are the polar opposite.

Teams who do well, have a decent manager.

    We don't.

I still firmly believe we have a mid table side, we have a second rate manager who appears to be more out of his depth the longer he is here.

If he addressed the first 3 points, I'm sure we would be fine.

Hill's constant switching of players is a problem and so are his baffling and ridiculous tactics at home.

We have no leadership, we do not create many chances, we give silly goals away, we are tactically very naive and easy to play against.
The team is changed every week, the tactics are changed 3 or 4 times during the match, which leads to the players not having a bloody clue what they are doing, the manager plays wingers in the middle when he brings them on, he plays every ball through the middle, we have the slowest build up play I have ever witnessed and he signed a hand brake on loan to slow us down further. Wew always mess about trying to nullify the opponents instead of playing a game to our strengths and making the opponents worry about us.

So I reckon at the moment we will struggle until there is a big change in the game plan at Oakwell, whether it comes from Hill or a new manager I dont care, but it needs to change and change !quickly

Too scared to have a go at teams, worried about the opposition. Always bothered me when managers go that way. Have a go ffs.
