so I guess some of you have been to the sales, whats your bargain I have been out for a bargain and love it when the sales person hasn't a clue. me and the mrs wanted some new sunglasses, I got some Ralph Lauren one's for only £28, and the mrs some Tiffany & Co which shoudl had been £502 for £75, What a bargain.
Before Christmas I ordered a pair of Vans Trainers for my daughter, as a Christmas gift, at half price = £25. For some reason, the courier returned them to the supplier, so it was too late to rectify. I'm still trying to get the refund. It's my daughter's birthday in a couple of weeks, so I thought I'd try again in the sales .... managed to get the same pair for ... £30 BARGAIN!! So, so far, I've spent more than cost price and still not got a pair of trainers for my trouble yet! I'm great at this shopping malarky, me.
I'm not really interested in shopping. The only thing worse than trailing around Meadowhell is trailing 'round Meadowhell with a man or a kid in tow. Online shopping is fine, but I've come a cropper once or twice.
It does not seem too much of a bargain to me mate, £100 on sunglasses ! I got 2 pairs of prescription glasses, one sunglasses, for that money. I know I am old and a fuddy duddy.but I can feed my family for £100 .
Me too, she'll love these trainers, but I refuse to pay £50 for them (lol), and I'm not that fussed about popping all the way down to Meadowhell for 'em either!
That's what I was thinking ... they were selling Ralph Lauren ones on the beach in Marbella for £10... (cough).
