    think about it this way

    whoever comes in only has to make a rallying effort to keep us up, if we go down he can blame Mr Hill. "well I tried but the damage was allready done" . The new guy is on a no loser , we go down he blames Keefy we stay up he is a Hero. I believe we are now doomed , all I now want is a guy who can get us straight back up again.
