    Should have been playing most of the second half with 10 men but for a Pollesque error by the ref
    4 game changing errors in their favour in 4 games ( actually 5 if you count 2 against Charlton)

    Something has definitely sparked them into life, such a long losing streak and then 10 points from 12.

    Does anyone know the rules on what happened yesterday? Surely after the ref booked him a second time the fourth official MUST have told him he'd already been booked. The manager was going crazy and the fourth official was miked up so he must surely have told the ref what had happened. With that in mind is there some rule stopping him from rectifying the situation?

    The ref wrote the wrong name down so in his mind and according to record he'd not been booked

    I am fairly sure that the 4th official is allowed to remind the referee who he booked;

    one of his duties is "Assisting with administrative functions before, during and after the match;"

    Surely that includes informing the ref he has booked a player twice - so I can only assume he is as culpable as the ref

    Don't forget they are massive, like their favourite fan, and deserve all the help from refs. to get them back to their 'rightful' position.
