    The tea lady could pick the team. The damage has already been done by Hill.
    It would be nice to pick up a point or three at Peterborough but this is a beaten team before they go out on the pitch.
    I don't think the game matters too much our fight starts in the New Year with a new manager.

    Crazy decision. Never agree with keeping assistant, but these two are in each others pockets which makes it even worse.

    Odd...especially if they really wanted to get rid of the Keith Hill era and start all over again. Flitcroft has been the one on the touchline shouting the instructions through our 25 matches including only 5 wins??

    the don when interviwed was asked if it was a unanimous board decision , he answered well there's only 2 of us.... i assume that's the don and barry taylor. so im quite sure it was at least 50% the dons decision.

    Flit croft was a good player, so knows ropes. We cannot judge Flicker because we do not know who put the ideas in. It may be that he has the ability to do quite well

    I don't see why it's bizarre. It's standard practise. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who had an insider perspective but surely as Manager Keith selected the team, formations and selected transfer targets etc. At least we've got someone who I gather is popular with the squad and knows the team for a crucial game at peterborough
