Squad's not bad? I think it is bad notwithstanding Hill (n now Flitcroft's) baffling team selections.

When that most terrible of managers Simon Davey kept us up we were very good at winning the 6 pointers, it's not happening this season.

I have felt like that for most home games this season, absolute shocking for most part.
I think the squad is playing as good as it can, I dont think that there is much left for them to give.

I'd agree but a change in direction for the squad and some wheeling and dealing could make all the difference

Playing Harewood up front from the off , has to happen. He had just started to look better when he scored, then was dropped from the side, against Owls he looked our best striker, everytime he comes on he looks better than what he replaced. Dagnall is proof of what i said earlier, he is playing the best he can, he is just not got that bit of skill to go with his undoubted engine and endeavour.
Dawson and Perkins are the same as Dagnall, except that Dawson can score.

You mean the one that had us rooted to the foot of the table with a ***** defence and a pretty impotent attack and kept having a dig at his own fans?

Dropping Harewood when he was poor and looked to lack fitness seemed the right decision but he was getting sharper and was still not getting in baffling when we are struggling for goals.

Dont go down the Harewood route Mark, i have been telling Ossett for weeks that Harewood should get a proper run in the team and be given encouragement. Apparentley Harewood had 2 games where he couldnt control the ball so for that he should never play again.

Gary Megson, Nicky Butt combo. Not the prettiest but motivation and drive is what is needed with a couple of Man Utd loanees.
