Don Rowing speaking to Paul Walker (radio pig) "after the services given to us it would be cruel not to" Hang tight Hemsy
Absolute propaganda. Why is a club without a manager offering any players new deals. Surely that is the decision of the new manager?
Said same in the meeting and also would be huge PR disaster not to offer Hassell a 10th year. Though i feel it would be an even worse PR disaster to offer Blackwell the job
I'm happy Steele and Sir Bobby are going to be offered new contracts. Just hope whoever the new manager is doesn't mind our board offering them.
Hold up - why's sympathy coming into it? Flitcroft was a lovely person for not selecting him and allowing him to stay at home rather than bring him to the game, we offer to give him another year (100k plus) and it's right? Let the new manager sort contracts out. If he doesn't want Bobby, offer him a testimonial anyway. Sorted.
I will not be offering Bobby a new deal. He is too short & has too much hair. I will put a new contract to him, but will then take it away with a fishing line so he has to chase it around the club car park. This will be done to show them players who is boss. I will then turn down any offers for Craig Davison & ban all tattoos. Anyone with a tattoo will get fined - £50 per week, per tattoo. All players must use Twitter. No Facebook though, as it's a bit soft. Players who I want rid of will be threatened with death. Ones I want to sign will be threatened with death.
Oh i bet he loves the club. i bet he laughs all the way down to the atm. He loves the club becuse they offer him 200K more than any other club would.
Oh I bet you love the taxpayer, I bet you laugh all the way down to the ATM. Just got up have you Phil?
Excellent news if true If anyone can get the club back on side with the fans, Bobinho can. Superb ambassador. Oh, nearly forgot, he's our best defender too.
and so he should be regardless of what the new manager wants .... chuff me, players change clubs like they change their socks these days to make an extra quid, it would be a scandal if he was released after 9 years at the club, and he should be playing every week given how **** the competition is for places at the moment
Bobby Hassell already does a lot for local community football AND has been a great servant to the club AND can still do a job for the team/squad. Put all these factors together and it is easy to see why BFC will offer him a new deal. I would imagine as part of his new player deal, he will be asked to do some Ambassador type role - if I was Patrick/Don that's what I would be looking at. Well deserved Bobby lad......take my hat off to you.
