If we get Arsenal in the next round I'd give them with a Burnley stub first dibs. Poor second half, looked solid throughout though but lack of cutting edge. Lucky goal but fair play to Danny Rose. Flickon in. You reds.
If we get a home tie against a Prem side like Arsenal, put it on sale to ST holders and those non-ST holders who went today...then it can be a free for all for the remaining 10,000 or so home seats. But we'll end up drawing Aldershot away and taking 200 fans with us!
I think it would be completely fair to give Burnley stub holders second priority over season ticket holders for the next round tie. Nothing wrong with that. However if Rowing had any idea he would have announced that in advance of the Burnley game in an attempt to tempt more people to the Burnley game. See, good ideas don't cost anything!
Re: I don't agree with that I agree. Completely dead. Was ok just before second half when tackles were flying in but other than that completely devoid of atmosphere.
well, "IF" we did get a glamour tie, then if the club had any marketing idea, they'd put together a package involving another 2 league games to try and boost the gate up, rules permitting? bet we end up with luton away now!
ST holders (me included) should be allowed to purchase the full allocation of tickets for any away game. Then distribute them how they see fit. eBay included. We are the lifeblood of the Club. Non ST holders are insignificant.
As opposed to someone who's stumped up £300 plus at beginning of season who may not have been Able to attend today?
If it's a glamorous away game..it should first go to the ST Holders who regularly travel away from home / Non ST Holders who have attended 6 or more away games. Like they've done in the past...just to make sure the regular 300 - 500 away fans who go everywhere get a ticket.
Don's ticketing policy, soon to be simplified to the same level of complexity as String Theory's 11 dimensions of Spacetime.
Don't worry about it, When The Full Pointy is unveiled as the next chief his wisdom on the distribution of said tickets will be a great asset to Don. His influence on such things stretches back as far as the cash for questions etc.
Wrong. S/Ts with Burnley stubs. S/Ts. Burnley stubs only. Then whatever Why should a person that has maybe been to one game be above someone that's paid £300 + at beginning of season
