    Sean o'driscoll is definitely first choice and I believe has already been offered the job. If he takes it or not is another matter. If he does turn it down I think flitcroft has a good chance of getting it

    I agree. I was told today that if SOD declines the offer that Flicker will be kept on until the summer.
