we have no manager right now, and we seem to be allowing the vultures to pick at the carcass already. If Mr Rowing had any balls he would put on ice any further transfers until we had the new manager in place , be it a new guy or the current incumbent.Of course any of the squad who have that dreaded "clause" we seem to stupidly allow, then they will have to be let go. But what manager will actually come who knows that the players are being picked off day by day, and thus will have no idea of what he will be coming to manage much better than a development squad. There is no two ways we can avoid relegation now, I wonder just how deeper we will sink unless this current board are sacked. I am now not blaming Kieth Hill at all, the blame for our current shambolic state is rapidly becoming blatantly obvious.
Absolutely nothing he can do to stop Davies leaving as a club have made an offer which matches his release clause so it is illegal for the club to turn it down. The only other one who is leaving is wiseman who nobody wants here anyway. Whats wrong with that?
If you could be arsed to read anything you would see that all if the rumours....are rumours and the Don HAS stated that ot the sale of wiseman and Davies will happen nothing else untill s new man in Will people please give the guy a break its becoming stupid on here at the moment, it's dark outside! Blame the board!!
think i'ts great personally. a striker who doesn't care and a defender who can't defend going, result.
Rowing has slapped a NOT FOR SALE sign on the squad until the new manager has been appointed and consulted. Do your home work before busting any more blood vessels.
Re: so what about the 'Pace@ double swoop, and Wigan in for Stones You are ranting about players leaving then bring up ones that haven't left yet. Chill.
Re: so what about the 'Pace@ double swoop, and Wigan in for Stones So what? That will happen, Rowing has rebuffed all enquiries except that for Wiseman. Which I think we'd all agree was the right decision to wave in. How did he kept a straight face when he took that call?
Re: so what about the 'Pace@ double swoop, and Wigan in for Stones So you read what's in the papers/on the net and all of a sudden its happened? The story about Stones has been going around for months. There is no substance to the Perkins/Done rumour. The other 2 transfers were agreed by Hill. There is a ban on all further transfers until a new manager comes in.
rumours rumours and more rumours time to hold fire until something is done about the managers situation hopefully he can have a good look at the squad and decide who to keep and who to get rid of before the end of january sales
if lionel messi said he would sign for us on a 3 year deal but only if we put a buy out clause in his contract, would you tell him NO and to **** off we'll get someone without the clause like harewood. no you wouldnt, you sign despite of the clause and thats what we've done ( as a matter of fact has'nt messi got such a clause ( 200m euro i believe, WELL WHAT A BUNCH OF W@NKERS BARCA ARE THEN)
Worlds top goalscorer, 5 times la liga winner, 3 times champions league winner, wanted by every club in the world. League two striker: Offered contracts by no other club at our level. Aye, I see the comparison
Re: so what about the 'Pace@ double swoop, and Wigan in for Stones If you believe what Rowing says that is... which seems to be increasingly questionable.
the comparison is that if you want the player then you agree his terms if you you dont want him then dont agree..... simple
