It's still Judi Dench for me

Even if you won't put her in your polls.

I've voted for Paul Ince, but think the job will be given to David Flitcroft.

Now SOD is out of the equation, I'd go for Uwe Rosler. I have a bad feeling about Butcher. I really hope I'm wrong but the best managers are usually bloody good managers from the start of their careers. They might have a tough time somewhere (apart from Mourinho) but they usually show what kind of manager they're going to make from the off. If he does get the job, let's hope Butcher was too young when he took his first job and has grown into the role, because his record pre-Scotland is pretty dire.

Unfortunately I think Hill will turn out to be a decent manager somewhere. Maybe we (in 2012) will turn out to be his blip?

    Phil Brown for me!

Prem knowledge. With a proven track record. He knows how to sort a team out. Look at where Hull are now. All because of his hard work! Fryatt is a quality signing that he made!
If Phil comes in then he'll want to bring a prem forward like him or even defo. As he's had a 'bust up' with AVB.
