    Surely a huge case for constructive dismissal!
    He was doing a really good job with almost the same squad as in league one! And Probably one of the lowest budgets in the league!

    come on, I admit they were the best team I saw down 'twell last season but he spent A LOT of money in the Championship

    Not really. He'll get full contract paid up and walk straight into another job. Why would he bother chasing his job back, at a Club that doesn't want him

    Also they ran a wage-bill of 93% of turnover and lost £11.5m in Division 1.

    The point isn't about chasing his job back. Its about employment law and being dismissed with your job being filled immediately, regardless of whether you are paid up or not! He wouldn't look for the job back.

    Yes they spent to get to the premier But that is the board sanctioning the spending. The manager (the point of this post) has only spent what he was allowed. They were the best side i saw last season too. And the manager had them playing a good style of football in the premier!
