Unless someone Has picked up an injury in training this week that no one knows of, I'd guess today's line up will be the same as last Saturday's, with the exception of Mellis in for O'Brien.
Re: Unless someone Is O'Brien out? If so personally I'd like to see Cywka in that role just behind the strikers, just think he might offer more than Mellis. If O'Brien is fit though then i'd go with an unchanged squad.
I'm assuming O'Brien is still injured And, seeing as Mellis replaced him, I'm simply guessing that will be the only change. I like Cywka, but his performance level has certainly dropped off these last couple of months, or so. Also, when presented with an opportunity to stake a more permanent place in the line up, I don't think he's done enough to justify being selected before anyone else really.
Re: Unless someone McNulty has a knee injury, picked it up in training. They were seeing how he was yesterday. I don't want to see one of our players injured, but I wouldn't mind if he was out because I believe both Hassell and Foster would be better in a back three than McNulty.
Ah, I didn't know that Pity really, as I thought McNulty had his best game for quite some considerable time against Leeds. Foster would be the logical replacement, in that case.
Re: I'm assuming O'Brien is still injured I just think Cywka isn't much of a winger, but could probably offer us something in that role that O'Brien has been playing in, and i'm biased because I don't really rate Mellis.
Re: Unless someone Foster should be in the side anyway, I prefer him to Cranie who I feel isn't good enough in the air to be a centre half.
Re: Ah, I didn't know that Apparently Jim O'Brien might be fit too. Article in The Chron on both Jims if you've got it.
I think both are talented But I feel Mellis creates far more opportunities for his colleagues. Prior to getting injured I thought he was high up on the list of Championship assists, but I could be wrong.
I think it's important to keep both Cywka and Mellis in the loop. Their form dipped with the team's, but they still have a lot to offer and need to re-discover that early season form. I don't think either of them have 90 minutes in them, so perhaps involve them both today if Jim's out?
Re: I think both are talented Yes he was, think he assisted 3 of Davies' goals against Birmingham which gave him 5 for the season, just think his form dipped after that Birmingham game and then he got injured. Suppose he played a few games out of position as well which didn't help him.
Re: I think both are talented I have taken a screen-shot which I will print out and frame for you. It could hang next to your graduation picture!!
The sepia coloured one? All your work had to be written in Latin and on parchment in those days, mate.
