Very harsh threatening to ban someone because you don't agree with what they have put. I don't agree with his original post and can see why others have said no one made those comments about Rose. I think HT sometimes struggles to express clearly what he means and a lot pounce on him like a pack of hyenas.

I'll look forward to my weeks ban if I've upset the mighty Site Admin!!

As far as I can make out, Hemsworth has been coming to see the Reds since the cup exploits of 2008 got his attention. He appears to resent any BFC player who has been at the club prior to this, the possible exception being Fozzie, though Bobby Hassell satisfies his disturbing need for a nemesis in his life. He also has it in for Luke Steele, arguably the second most popular player at the club with the supporters. Hemsworth does not have any interest or respect for the history of BFC and doesn't like Barnsley as a place or it's good people. He goes to academy games and believes the young players should walk straight into the first team. He also believes he is the first supporter to discover that BFC have an academy. This reinforces his hatred of Hassell who he sees as an obstacle to John Stones progression to the first team and should be removed from the club. Although we all tell him rightly, that Bobby is probably the single best influence on young John's career. When Danny Rose was introduced to the first team many supporters were of the opinion that he wasn't quite ready. That his slight stature would make him vulnerable to the rougher parts of the game and were concerned for his well being and long term development. Having seen what had become of academy starlets before him, I think someone mentioned young Carl Barrowclough - and higher profile players such as Michael Owen who played far too much football at a young age and paid for it with the second half of his career. That was a year ago and while Hemsworth has been lamenting not having a under 18 first team, the rest of us have been impressed how certainly John Stones and now Danny Rose have been gradually introduced to the first team, as was Jacob Butterfield before them. Now Danny has been getting a couple of crucial goals off the bench, Hemsworth can't resist with giving it a big fat 'told you so', when truth is, no he didn't. In a nutshell.... :)

You missed the pathological hatred of German football and refusal to accept that the Premier League isn't the greatest league in the entire universe.

    way off the mark.

Far from being mighty, I have never banned anyone on this forum or threatened to do so until now. I have done nothing but stick up for HT over the past year or so. I have closed a thread tonight after just one post because it could have turned nasty towards HT.

One day after asking why everyone is picking on him, he answers his own question.

9-10 of HT's posts are an attempt to wind people up and there is no need for it. Everyone's up for a laugh and to take the ****. Everyone likes a wind up from time to time, but does it have to be almost every post.

He has proved he can make some decent posts but all too often his posts are done with thought to antagonize when there's really no need.

That's true. Andy is often the voice of reason when HT debates arise.
