    I wish him well. We move on with our new manager who is, in my opinion, showing a refreshing & pleasing attitude with regards to trying to unite everyone at the club.

    I agree Kev and what will be interesting to see is how he gets on without Flicker. I personally think that Flicker was the real driving force in their partnership.

    Good luck most importantly to Rochdale. I fear they'll need it, or at least need to manage their expectations.

    How many managers make a similar impact at the same club second time around? I think Alan Buckley did well at a similar sized club (Grimsby) so who knows?

    to be honest i hope not as im hoping for improvements and if that was true weve just employed same just with a different name....
    to me flickers has come out of his shell
    as for hill i think he will do well there still think behind the scenes had alot more to do with his issues

    Interesting to see what happens to Flickers backroom staff, l believe he still has them all.

    And what about his training camp in Spain, it'll be double booked.

    Interesting bit is that its untill the end of the season. Same as Flicker. Hilly edging his bets that they might be able to re-unite somewhere for next season? Hopefully we'll still have Flicker next season in the Championship.

    we are well shut of hill,100% we were down if he was still here,at least we stand a chance now.should have been sacked in november.
