If we do go down this season I think Grayson would be a good shout for our manager,Yorkshire lad with good experience could be a good mix!!

More likely to be Grayson now

Huddersfield's budget will entice Adkins, Blackpool are almost as tightly run as us.

Panic decision by Dean Hoyle who's not used to this level. Every team has a bad run of form. They have just got promoted, aren't in relegation and Grayson has not been given a penny of the 8 million Rhodes fee to spend this month. Now on top of the 5.7 million debt they have a manager and backing staff to pay off and another manager and backing staff to find. All this with a week before the transfer window shuts. Sack him after the Watford game would have made a bit more sense.

    Re: Simon Grayson

My money would be on Michael Appleton for the job. He must be due to manage another club by now.

Is that because he already spent plenty on Beckford, Church, Vaughan, Hammill & Danns?

I wish he had stayed and continued to sink. Wonder who they will get now.

I would have thought they would already have made overtures to Nigel Adkins, to be honest. I would think Hudders could offer a better financial package than Blackpool as well.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Grayson back at Blackpool

"Aren't in relegation"....no but they are fast sliding towards it. I'd be very worried if i was an Udders fan.

Just shows that chucking money at players does not always work. Then panic stations and out goes the manager. A lot of players on transfer lists are not as good as they appear. Get bets on him going to Blackpool

Huddersfield, Wednesday, Bristol. Been saying it all year.

We're still in with a chance at the playoffs.

    BELIEVE.

I suppose if you take a job at a club who sack a manager who has only lost one game in 40 odd and are in the play off places then its highly likely you'll get the sack fairly soon too

Was a bizarre sacking in many senses, but tbf, Clark had failed to get them up previously, and he's been awful for Brum. Surprised he's still in situ.

To be fair you're probably asking the wrong person. I didn't think we should sack Hill. If I'd been a Huddersfield fan when they'd sacked Clark I'd probably have spontaneously combusted.
