    from the People... Notts County are set to snap up former Ipswich striker Jason Scotland..... wasn't he linked with us last week? no great loss but to be outbid by Notts County...should be a leveller for anyone expecting a known striker to walk in next week...
    And also Everton boss David Moyes wants Barnsley defender John Stones....Is that what where waiting for..? some money from Stones to finance any decent deal..?

    I read that but I didn't post it as I didn't want Mr C to know I'd bought The Sunday People again. It was reported that he had a few options, and the Fowls had enquired about him, but they signed Lita anyway.

    To be fair I don't think Scotland would be the answer. Prefer to see us get a youngster on loan from a premier club.

    I'd like to see us go down the same route that gave us Ferenczi and Bogdanovic. Saved us in 2007 and 2009. A European hungry to succeed over here, who is scoring for fun, even if it is supposedly at a lower level.

    I posted footy gossip from the people last week and he light-heartedly commented about buying the paper. I know its not a paper of intellect, but at least I'm not contributing to the Tory popular press.
