In your post, click on the video link icon and paste in the youtube link. when you want to post something there is a bar of buttons above where you are writing, the second from the right hand side is the video button, click that and trhen paste your link into the box that appears, then click ok, then click post reply, try it now.
when you click on reply to a thread, or post new thread you get a few different icons, one of them looks like a piece of film reel, mouse over it it and it says insert video, click on it and paste whatever you copied in the provided box, click ok then post your thread
