We've now won more home games this season under Flitcroft than we did under Hill

No surprise really, we now go out to win the game. We do play possession football, but we do it when we're 2-0 up not 1-0 down.

Excellent tonight all over the pitch. Everything that needed changing has been. It's actually enjoyable to go to Oakwell again.

Thoroughly enjoying it again. The difference since hill left is massive. Flicker has still got us playing football, just with more purpose.

The Flitctoft revolution is gathering pace. Enjoying games again and looking forwards to games for the first time in months.

    I'm the same.

Was looking forward to the game all through yesterday, and didnt go to the ground thinking 'i wonder if we can scrape a draw/how many we gonna lose by'

Flicker has brought some much needed optimism back to the place.

His interviwes are full of positives, the players are showing grit and determination for the full length of the game, we're outplaying teams, keeping clean sheets and we're winning games.

    Long may it continue.

Too right Jay, I was sceptical about Flitcroft taking over, thinking it would be more of the same 'Hill mode' *****, but I'm happy to say I was completely wrong.

Great start Flicker, keep it going lad
