My question is, if we're playing 3-5-2, why do you think we've got a right back playing?

I belive it is more a 5 3 2 formation with two attacking full backs and one of the 3 central defenders covering them working a treat though imho how come you dont belive we have a right back then

Ey up Noel. I am praying he stays but if he does go I think Wiseman would be a more than capable wing back in our formation.

Completely agree and said the same earlier. He will develop better here and as he doesn't seem to want to leave then let's keep him and develop him so that when he does go it's to a big club. I'd hate to see such talent and potential lost in the premier league wrecking machine. Take care.

That's probably not a bad shout HT. Wiseman would be the natural choice obviously, although he didn't have a great game there the other week. Maybe JO'B would be worth a go, he has got the work rate and attacking ability, just might be a bit lacking in the aerial side of things. As much as I love Sir Bob I don't think wing back would suit him. He could play as full back in a 4 I think, but maybe not in the wing back role. Maybe could give Cranie a go too, get Bob back in the middle.
