But Bobby can't. Rather he was played out there than bringing someone in.

    Has David Flitcroft said that?

I must say, I'm a bit surprised. I'd have thought he was more likely to play in Steve Dawson's position.

I didn't think he was for RWB.

Thought he was going to be another option for midfield?

To be fair, no he hasn't. Suppose that's just a hangover from Keith.

I thought that too, mate. Seemed more a central midfielder than right side. But we'll see.

Flitcroft has been top notch so far for me

If he thinks Delap & O'Grady can strengthen our squad and fit in with the team spirit he's engendered amongst the players, who am I to argue?

Be interesting to see how he's played at Blackpool.

If Flicker wants to play him there then I trust him.

On Radio Sheffield Don said that Stones is going, that's why we have brought in Rory Delap, to replace him.

    In that case

    He's definitely playing in midfield!

Not as far as I'm aware, but I would imagine he talks to the manager who told him "I want to bring in Delap to replace Stones" and Don repeated that on Radio Sheffield.

Probably. Perhaps he means in the squad but not necessarily in the side

It definitely sounded like he was brought in to replace Stones.

'We've sold Stones and that's why we've brought in Rory' or summat similar.
