Under the bridge to the right out of our end. Went on a few minutes with some punches thrown. We had to walk through it as it was kicking off.
Trouble in the pub near the station - group of Barnsley fans having a drink had some beer thrown at them by boro fans and it kicked off. Our fans were herded out and put on a train. This was 4:40 - not sure why they were in there - all booted and suited apparently ! Mum and dad been visiting my niece at uni were in there and saw it kick off
Aye was stood right next to it for a good 5 minutes. That fat kid of theirs got a right clip, blood pouring out. Took coppers a ****ing age to get there.
I couldn't believe how long it took for the police to realise something was happening. I don't want knobheads like that lot at football, absolutely no excuse for it.
Coppers were busy standing around in large groups near the away end. Can't expect too much from them for their overtime. The boro frontman was a right dirty meathead.
