dropping down a sugar in my brew

2 week ago I dropped down a sugar from 2 to 1 in my cups of tea. everyone i spoke to who had done similar said they got used to it after a week. I cant it just dont taste the same.

Any thoughts?

 

Stick with it, i dropped from 2 to 1 too a few years ago, can't stand it any sweeter than 1 now!

 

2 is way too sweet for me anyway so I don't have that problem, I have half. I did discover only a few months ago though that milk in coffee (just the jar stuff) doesn't really change it that much.

 

Same here mate. I've even tried one sugar and a sweetner but I just couldn't get used to the taste. Good luck.

Used to be 2 but now can't stomach more than half - seamed to happen overnight

Missus used to be 3 heaped now only has 1 and thats down to taste not dieting (8 stone wet through so doesn't need to)

Neither of us has milk as she doesn't like the taste and it sets my sinuses off.
