I'm starting to agree with it after the noises their fans have been making at half time.

 

They have been cheated tonight, how ever the ref keeps missing all the sly fouls Juve make whilst defending corners is baffling

 

Both as bad as each other at corners.

 

So you'd just stand there and let some sly greasy eyetie pull you all over the 6 yard box

 

Hooper was doing to the Swiss defender exactly what he was getting, both as bad as each other.

Typical Italian performance, get an early goal then sit back and let Celtic do all the work. 3-0 is harsh though.

 

Hooper wasn't as obviously obstructive. Brown got held four times, Wilson once, it's a joke. The referee DOES see it, unless he's blind. But it's bizzarely seemingly accepted that Italian teams (among others) hold at corners and it's just the way it is. Four penalties could have been given tonight. The ref has booked four players for holding and jostling in the box before corners have been taken. But when this continues when the kick is taken, suddenly the referee decides not to uphold the rules.

 

The 1 with Brown in the 2nd half was a joke both booked seconds before and the defender still managed to have his arms around Browns body 4 times.

The thing that annoys me is when they start smirking because they know they've got away with it.

 

I agree, Hooper was trying to stand right on the keeper and lean in. I think they have to clamp down on this, maybe say that until the kick no player other than the keeper is allowed in the 6 yard box.

 

Not watched it due to the fact i can't stand looking at them horrible paddy wanner be's, for a second but if they have been cheated then after seeing the final score thats just the icing on the cake for me

 

Exactly the same against us in the summer when we played the national team in the euros!
