    Myself, I think if Don is retiring we've a great opportunity to get some new eyes/ideas onboard, preferably a younger man/woman...

    Will the contracts say

    Something along the lines of "Any player talking about themselves in the third person vernacular will automatically have the **** kicked out of them by the aforementioned Terry Nutkins, or anyone of his choosing."?:D
