Thought the same, after all the STs, cent members etc then it's Wolves stub before general.

Wolves and Bolton before the cup game iirc. So the club should use the opportunity.

Definitely, let's take every opportunity to get some of them back. I'd do the same for the home games after the QF if we win it.

Agree to an extent. Make it a certain amount of stubs to get tickets first but please don't isolate 1 game and make it the be all and end all.

Some people may have been to say, 10 or more games this season and they may or may not be able to make the game on Tuesday due to not being 100% sure if they will or will not get away from working in Widnes on time . . . . . for example.

Great shout mr fun. This team and this manager are giving me more enjoyment than I've had for years down there. They deserve more support and any football fan in barnsley who can afford to go down and who isn't working should be ashamed of themselves if they don't join us on Tuesday. Cmaaaaaaahn!

with all due respect my friend...it's for the greater good. the stayaways know who they are. the revival of Barnsley Football Club since January 5th has been nothing short of miraculous. there are no more excuses and the Club need the supporters in the league. if they want the FA Cup day out, they can pay for it.

'with all due respect my friend' a lot of people who work and live nowhere near Barnsley don't have a prayer of making night matches, thats not an excuse its a fact

I won't be there Tuesday. I am disappointed to miss any game but i work a permanent afters shift as a contractor, so no holidays.

If I don't go in I'm not paid, and I can't afford the luxury of unpaid days off if I want to pay my mortgage and feed my kids.

I don't consider myself a stay away as I attend home weekend fixtures - including throughout November and December this season when the form wasn't good enough to even be considered poor.

I'm not sure it's fair to base selling cup tickets on one fixture - surely it'd be fairer to ask for a number of stubs from any part of the season, I can't see how giving priority to fans who attend Tuesday but haven't been all season over fans who've been to more than a dozen games is fair, but I do agree that increased crowds and stronger support generally are both necessary for survival, and deserved based on the performances, effort and apparent togetherness.

Like I say, I agree to an extent. However, what you are basically saying is that even though I turned up through the thinnest of the thin, paying the nice figure of £28, I can go ******** if I can't make Tuesday night. . . . but someone who hasn't been all season can just show their face on Tuesday and they get priority?

With all due respect my friend...that's toss.

like I said a reeaaal class act............. you came up with an idea that others pointed out the unfariness of and instead of admitting you might just be a bit off the mark you just came back with the smug stuff. In essence you came up with an idea that qualified you and said fk anybody else by labelling them as stay aways andinsinuating worse. Still we can't all be real fans I suppose

Yeah after STH etc. They could go......

    * Those with both stubs from Wolves/Bolton games have a few days to get one ticket per stub.
    * Those with just one stub from one of those two games next.
