Of beating Wolves 4-0 on Tuesday night, or beating Man City 1-0 at the Etihad. Which would you choose? Lets for argument sake say that whatever you chose was too 100% happen
I'd choose beating Man City 1-0 Not beating Wolves won't be the end of the world and there's still a few games for us to get the crucial points we need. A trip to Wembley would bring some much needed cash and well... it's a trip to Wembley!
Given the situation we're in that's a toughie, but lose to Wolves and we've still got a more than decent chance of staying up, lose to City and that's it in the FA Cup for another year. Quarter finals don't come around too often for us, only four in my entire time supporting us, semi-finals even less often so I'd have to go for beating City. I reckon we'll win both anyway!
Win at Man City. Will still be talking about it in 30 odd years time, like we do when big Trev scored that header. Plus we get to go to Wembley. If we lose to Wolves we'll still stop up and we will forget the result in a few months.
That's the one. Still talking about it 32 years later, that's why I would take the win against Citeh. At Oakwell after a replay, preferably.
in my opinion this team is due to give someone a thrashing the way we are playing at the moment hopefully this will come on tuesday but if not it will come another time, we get better and better as a team and if we keep that spirit, desire and endeavour theres no way we gonna go down. the cup is another thing anything can happen in a knockout we could get thrashed we could just fall short, draw or maybe just maybe we could win, i dare to dream. so in answer to your question i'd prefer a win against City as although it would be dissapointing not to beat wolves it wouldn't be the end of the world and it wouldn't affect our performances in the league imo
Absolutely, it should! Okay, I'll take the 1-0 in the cup. Does that mean we can book the open-top bus for Wembley?
deffo beat man city 1-0 i,d take that if we lose to wolves because unlike what everyone is saying the wolves game aint crucial we can still stay up if we lose.
