Well that's exactly how it looked to me. The US media is impartial and reports the facts, the british media only tells us what it wants us to hear. Thats what you said isn't it?

no i didnt say they were impartial i just said they report fact better than the uk media,on this occasion.

ive read whats been written over in the uk and here and there are differences in how things get reported.

No, you stated "unlike most of the time in the UK where they report what they want you to here". You didn't state on this occasion at all, you stated that most of the time the UK media report what they want us to hear.

I'm denying that the US media is any more noble, honest or reporting of the full facts.

With any news there is obviously some editorial control, but in my experience UK coverage is more balanced and less partisan.

It's all a bit of a circus but his explanation of events is a bit far-fetched (as per his words to the pre-trial hearing), it's the bit about him not realising his wife was not in bed until he had fired the shots - I reckon I could tell if my wife was not in bed if it was pitch black (her snoring mainly :) ) and surely if you thought you had a burglar wouldnt you firstly wake your partner to warn her to get out of danger?

a lot of the evidence on both sides at the moment is a bit odd.

why didnt his girlfriend run out the door, why would she go in the bathroom, when hes scratching around for the gun.

personally the truth will never come out.Theres only 2 people who really know what happened ones dead and the other is in prison awaiting trial.

To get out of the bathroom, she would have had to run directly towards the bed where he was picking up a gun. He has also stated that the bedroom door was locked so she would have had to have come out of the bathroom, down a little corridor type area, run past the bed to the door, found the key, unlocked the door and then gone out. Personally I wouldn't do that if some nutter was trying to kill me with a gun.

What exactly was this burglar supposed to be stealing in the bathroom anyway?

    Soap, shampoo, the bog brush?

but why rush to the bathroom first id rather piss mi pants and get out of the room then go to bathroom.

just open bloody door and run.
if its an apartment it would open from the inside with a turn button not a key.

    1. I always lock the toilet door - in fact there's hell on if I don't and someone opens it to find me having a ****!

    2. He didn't shout at her and obviously knew where the pistol was as he's been broken into before

    3. As for 2. He didn't shout at her

    4. Now I guess you are an expert on mobility of a double amputee living in South Africa. I'm not so won't comment

Looks like he's not guilty. (I have no idea by the way)

So you're saying that she can't have done that because not goinf out of the door would be stupid and that it is easy to open the door using a turn button. Well thats exactly what he said he did. He didn't think leaving the room was easy so he went to the very same bathroom kill them instead

Maybe the main news shows but watch the plethora of opinion shows on news channels and during trials they get away with far more speculation than would be allowed here. I've mentioned this to the wife, that when they are making comments in the States there is very little "alleged" about it, they speak to the lawyers in interviews etc. The Trevon Martin case for example was a case in point.
Now that could be viewed as more open reporting, I view it as more likely to prevent a fair trial.
