Thought that's what it was, said to my mate im sure this is Jimbo's song. He's got a decent voice the lad.
Here's an idea.. jimbo could write us a song for the players to come out to! Give it a catchy chorus that we can sing on the terraces! OMG think i have had my best idea for ages! Reds fans can we make this happen?
Then there's the Bon Jovi - I Love This Town, I don't think they play that often enough. It only gets played a couple of times before the match, a couple of times at half time and then at full time.
The playlist at matches is completely schizophrenic. Also, seen as we've started to adopt Seven Nation Army wouldn't it make more sense to play that rather than Chelsea Dagger when we score (if they need to play anything at all)?
This one reminds me of home and chokes me up on a regular basis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmuAKhAD3SA Maybe me & Jim could knock up a more upbeat version? Who else plays on here?
I still maintain that Queen's 'One Vision' is the song the players should walk out to. Great track, lyrics that work and surely sums up what Flitcroft is trying to achieve with this bunch of players and the 'galvanising' of everyone involved. Try it from 00.33..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4UNoECibYk
