Those that are not season ticket holders but who attend many home matches should be prioritised before the general sale anyway, because anyone who does this and is not a member of the 1887 club (to get the matchday ticket discount) must be mad.

I'm also amazed at the surprise that some people are showing that you get priority if you are a season ticket holder, centenary society member, 1887 club member or have stubs from the previous rounds. The first three are set up in the knowledge that you are prioritised for big match tickets, whilst it was remarked at the Burnley game that those of us who attended will probably be in a better position for big match tickets later on in the competition by producing the Burnley stub.

I reckon every season ticket holder and centenary/1887 member will have the chance to get tickets this time though, as there are going to be plenty who don't want to or can't go.

I don't know about that mate, if it was the sunday possibly - but it is a designated football day, passes already issued and all that.

Well my dad won't be going and there will be plenty other older fans not bothering, as well as a load of unused junior tickets now the club has prevented them from scamming adult tickets. Not everybody wants to go to away games, no matter who we are playing. I'm thinking of sending the kids off to their grandparents and making a night of it with our lass, so whereas I qualify for category 2 I'm actually thinking of moving down the categories and crossing my fingers!
