What's the walk from Piccadilly to the ground and back like? I'm not going to get my head kicked in am I?
Jay It's normaly ok, plenty of fans do the walk. The only trouble I've really seen has been at the Derby game when all hell let loose. This game although a biggish crowd, should be ok. Just stick to the maine roads, and probably do not be tempted to follow the canal route. Should be no problems on Saturday, if the Leeds game can end quitely, I can't see a problem with this game.
Mrs I was impressed by Leeds fans, I'm a bit sad to say. I was expecting the usual Leeds crowd but something strange happend on the day........ they seemed half decent for a change. Got to admit I was gobsmacked. I think they realised that the players they had were so average, they just resigned themselves to defeat, even before a ball was kicked. Very loud though, impressive support
Impressed and Leeds fans you dont hear/read that often. Thanks for your input/help by the way you have given us.
Mrs No Probs. Quite impressed by this board, one of the better ones. I'd put it in the top 5 boards, quite enthusiastic, unlike Watford, who were ok, but a bit hard to get any kind of comment out of them, considering they have a decent enough side to support.
Ive seen a few away fans in the National Squash Centre , with the green roof, near the official entrance, but it does get packed.
Mr C Leeds made one hell of a racket considering they were getting thrashed. I expect Barnsley to be better than Leeds, because Leeds were very, very poor on the day, in fact shocking. They had 1 shot in 90 mins. By the way, I don't think Hart will play, it will be Pantillimon in the goal for us.
We'll offer a lot more going forward than that. We haven't struggled to score goals recently, keeping them out has been the problem.
I think you'll find it will be the ball in your goal, pal. About 3 times, courtesy of Daggers and big Marlon.
