    Can you put some javascript in or summat with the following logic.

    If ('thread contains' steele !! Hassell)
    {
    Hemsworth cannot reply
    }

    And also

    If ('poster' == "hemsworth tyke" && 'post' contains "hassell !! Steele"
    {
    Reject post with response
    "Thow shall not post until a few more years when thy grown up"
    }

    Any javascript experts. Yes my code is noy correct you get my drift I couldn't be arsed to quote it right cos its hard on my phone
