It's hard to get a real feel for the game when you have to listen on Barnsley Player and not be at the match but it sounded to me like Brighton didn't bother to show up last night - or perhaps took it too lightly after the 5-1 thrashing at Falmer earlier in the season. Also sounded like we were on the opposite side of some decisions by the "Three Blind Mice" but luckily got the Penalty. Interested to know how Hassell did - he's a good lad and hasn't had much time on the pitch lately. Glad he got in for a bit. Brammer and Bailey didn't say much about him on Player - so interested on anyone's perspective that was at the match.

I thought they looked a useful outfit. To be fair they should have been 1 up, maybe 2, by the time we scored, but they wasted 1 glorious chance. The officials were terrible, the amount of fouls they missed (in the 1st half especially) was unbelievable. Brighton were a niggly team, loads of pushing and pulling that went unpunished. O'Grady had a battle with their CB's and won over the 90's.

Don't get me wrong about Hassell, he didn't come on and stand out with a brilliant performance, but he did come on and look totally at home at this level, and proved IMO that he can still play for us, particularly at CB.

Hope you enjoy Saturday, should be a very good game. Watford will come at us so it should be a belter.
