Notwithstsnding the fact it's our dear old friends from Swillsborough, would you be happy with a point tomorrow?
Not really.... on the face of it it's better for us than for them....but if Wolves and Peterborough win...we'll both be back in the bottom 3
we could really do with a win and a draw over the next 2 fixtures ,in whatever order it comes i dont care
If a win was guaranteed against Leicester then a loss against Wednesday wouldn't be a disaster. It would leave a win and two draws from seven fixtures imo
wolves hav Boro and Posh have Cardiff so I really do note see them winning ....well I hope not. A draw from the Wendies,Leicester,Palace and Cardiff would suit me
Re: wolves hav Boro and Posh have Cardiff a point would be good. it's more a 'must not lose' than a 'must win'. they need the 3 points much more than we do
Re: wolves hav Boro and Posh have Cardiff Just hope we don't lose - 1. because of the position we're in with some tougher games coming up, and 2. because it's our local rivals. That being said I'll still be pretty gutted if we don't win therefore will be suicidal if we lose.
In a normal season yes I'd take a point. But at the risk of sounding like a pork talk fan going on about us, they are a very poor team this year while we are something like 4th in the 2013 form table. The win is there for us if we play well.
Two points over easter wouldn't be disastrous by any stretch of the imagination three would be great four wold be fantastic and six would be out of this world ad flicker should get knighted
I think we need at least 3 wins from our last nine games and the sooner we get them the better. A win tomorrow would be far more beneficial to us than a win from the next three games, as it takes 3 points away from Wednesday's run in, and I think we are more than capable of beating them. We were the better team against them at home when we were in our rubbish spell and we have developed a more killer instinct since then, so whilst a point wouldn't be bad I think I'll be disappointed with anything other than a win.* Furthermore, a win tomorrow will give us a better chance against Leicester too, as it will take some of the pressure off. I am sure that Flicker will be hoping for 2-3 points from the next 2 games, so if we win tomorrow we can play a little more relaxed against Leicester and I think the team and the fans will benefit from that. *to be perfectly honest, if we get off to a good start tomorrow we are more than capable of giving them a good spanking. Wouldn't that be good!
you're right - you are sounding like a pork talk fan. they will have 30k+ fowls screaming them on, our record there is terrible and they will be pumping high balls at us for 90 minutes. a point will keep us above and hurt them psychologically. a point would be a good result
