    Poor. But then David Moyes is our of their reach as I can see him being the next manager of Chelsea when Roman doesn't backtrack and bring back Jose like the fans want.

    Maybe a year or two from now I'll look back at this post as evidence of how little I know about football but replacing Martin O'Neill with Paolo Di Canio? Really? I'd have been gutted if we'd appointed him, how must the Sunderland fans feel? As I say, madness.

    On purely footballing grounds.... Anyone who expects Di Canio to succeed where O'Neill has failed, is missing the proverbial sandwich.
