    but he was off the pitch when he became active (i.e. last shot from Scotland) - so how can he be offside? I thought if you were off the pitch then you can't be ruled offside?

    Scotland was level as well.

    You can't leave the pitch without the permission of the referee, and therefore you are classed as on the pitch (e.g. on the touchline). If Mellis would have just stuck it away first time we wouldn't be having this discussion! :)

    KS is a fantastic keeper though (especially shot stopper), without a doubt the best in this league.

    He is possibly the best all-round keeper in this league but as a shot stopper I'd take our Luke over any other keeper in the championship.
