Were you a fan of Wiseman then?

McNulty should NOT play this season.......his confidence is gone and you can't afford to play somebody with zero confidence in these high pressure games.

He needs to focus on next season, whether that's with REDS or somewhere else........I prefer the latter.

F*ck me - how many games as he played? How many of those games he hasn't played have we shipped goals? Just like Wiseman before him and Foster before that, he's become the latest scapegoat even though he's hardly played. He had a blinder against Leeds but lets forget that one shall we in favour of a couple of games when he was coming back from injury where not only he was at fault for us losing.

I'm sure Cranie played in all the games where we've conceded a few too.

Out of contract in the summer so will hopefully be gone then. Last season playing over 40 games was a shock. This season he's back to his old made of glass self. We can't afford to give someone who's hardly ever around to be picked a new contract.

He was immense against Leeds and Burnley. We kept clean sheets.

Granted, he was a bit shaky at Bristol but NONE of the defenders covered themselves in glory that day.

    Get behind him.

I don't think he's as bad as some make out. He was the players player of the year last year I believe so he must have something about him which the rest of the boys recognise. Admittedly though, I wouldn't put him ahead of Cranie, Foster or Bobby as a centre half. He was, however, brought to the club as a LB if I remember rightly so could do well there in place of Kennedy - who doesn't always look solid himself. He could also play CDM as, like Cranie and Bobby, he has a certain degree of quality on the ball (he also scored the last time he played there). In summary I think he's a good squad player in any of the three positions he can play so I'd hope he stays. I wouldn't like to see him involved in the run-in though (unless we are safe) because, as some have already mentioned, his confidence might not be right. Probably better to start a fresh next season.
