If Leeds job had come up before Ipswich he'd have taken it. He wouldn't manage us because he wouldn't want the memory of his time here to sour. As a lad though he was a Leeds fan. Spoke to his neighbour when he lived in the Midlands when he managed Wolves.
He was, then. But I don't think any manager 'supports' a club once they're in management. But it's common knowledge that he followed the scum as a youngster. As did lots and lots of tarn folk back then. My sympathies are with them at this time.
This never stops amazing me, I could understand being maybe an Arsenal fan or Man U, but not Leeds. I see it in Rugby League here in Wakefield. You have a Super League team in your own town, yet you see people supporting Leeds Rhino's, I mean, its sick. No respect whatsover for any of em.
